PLEASE NOTE: Once the production process begins, custom apparel orders are final and cannot be modified or canceled.

Custom Items

All items are made to order based on the size, color, and specifications selected by the customer. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to customer preference, including changes in size, color, design, or order details after an order is placed.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or ordering errors once production has begun. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Blank Goods

All items are ordered on-demand and are strictly non-returnable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Defective

If there is an issue caused by us—such as a misprint, defect, or production error—we will review the situation and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or correction at our discretion.

We take pride in our work and want you to be satisfied. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
