Fulfillment Policy

At Shirts From Fargo, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made apparel and promotional products with care, accuracy, and efficiency. This fulfillment policy outlines what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Order Fulfillment Timeline

• Production Time: All items are made to order. Orders are typically fulfilled within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.
• Shipping Time: After production, orders are shipped via your selected shipping method. Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.
• Fulfillment Location: All orders are printed and shipped from our facility in Fargo, North Dakota.
• Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered production.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of our products.

Returns & Refunds

• Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
• Blank clothing cannot be returned or exchanged, as all items are ordered on demand specifically for your order.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at completed@shirtsfromfargo.com with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• Refunds are issued to your original method of payment after approval.
