Where are you located?
We are located at 303 Broadway, next to The Toasted Frog and Sammy's Pizza in Downtown Fargo. Our address is 303 Broadway, Fargo ND 58102
Can we buy items at your store downtown?
No. We make everything on demand, so we do not have any inventory to shop at our store. You can shop 24/7 on our website, though! :-)
What are your hours for pickup?
We are open from 9-5 Monday though Friday for order pick up. If you prefer contactless pick up, please call us at 701-205-7731 and we will bring your order to your vehicle.
I chose to have my items shipped - when will they get to me?
Fulfillment usually takes 5-10 business days and we ship via FedEx. Typically once shipped, your package should get to you within 2-4 business days! We provide a tracking number with each order, which is found in email you will receive when your order is completed.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer a variety of print methods including screen transfers, embroidery, hybrid transfers, HTV, and dye sublimation.
I just want one t-shirt... can I do that?

Simply put, anything you want! We will customize everything and anything including but not limited to: all kinds of shirts and sweatshirts, athletic wear, leggings and sweatpants, mugs, glasses and wine tumblers, baseball caps, beanies, masks, buffs, wall art, business cards, promotional items and much more. Do you have a pricelist?
Pricing is determined by a few factors - quantity, the design itself and the method of application. Reach out to us for a quote (we are quick to reply). We do our best to offer a fair price and only use high quality items. We will offer you options based on your needs/wants and make suggestions where possible to make sure you have the best experience with us.
How do I set up a storefront to sell shirts with you?
We would love to set up a time to visit with you about setting up a storefront with us. Although we keep things simple, it's much easier to go over things in person or on the phone. Here is the link to set up a time!
What is your return policy?
We make all orders on demand. We do not hold an inventory or stock of sizes and do our best to use true to fit items. Because of this, all sales are final. With that being said, your happiness is the most important to us. If you are truly unhappy with the fit of your order, we will do our best to remake the same item with a restocking fee. This is sustainable for us and the partner we are working with. It also ensures you will love your order.
