Justin's Break the Silence

Justin's Break the Silence was established after the shocking suicide of Justin Olien, a West Fargo teenager. He had been silently battling depression and suicidal thoughts for over two years before he took his own life at age 17 on May 18, 2016. Our mission is two-fold.
First, to help people realize it's important to "break your silence" when you're dealing with struggles of your own and ask for help. It's not weird. It's not weak. It's ok to not be ok, but it's not ok to not ask for help.
Second, to reduce the stigma and silence surrounding talking about mental illness and suicide in general.
