How do you make my items?
We use a variety of heat applied transfers including traditional screen transfers, hybrid transfers and HTV transfers. We also offer embroidered, laser etched and sublimated items. The decoration method ultimately depends on the design, type of item and quantity needed.
How long does it take?
For permanent storefronts that are set up for group ordering, turnaround time is about a week (organizations, workwear, etc). For temporary storefronts, orders will be ready about a week after the shop closes. (events, teams, etc) Promotional items and some decoration methods can take a little longer.
How does your pricing work? Your shop is created at no charge. You will be quoted a cost to make / wholesale and a suggested selling range. This is based off of your design, known order amounts, and items offered. You ultimately decide what to sell at. Pricing for groups and team orders typically carry little to no margin as the goal is easing fulfillment and logistics.
What does it cost to set up our group ordering? Cost to make / wholesale depends on a few factors- Design, decoration method, quantity, and product type are the main factors. After we understand your goals, time line, and have the above information - we will be able to give you pricing information. Most of the time, there is no out-of-pocket expense for group orders.
